Notice on Extension of Hardcopy Document Submission Deadline for the 2026

Thank you for your interest in and application to the 2026 KOICA-YU NEXT Fellowship Program.

• 국가별 우편·인증 절차 지연 및 국제 배송 상황을 고려하여, 2026학년도 KOICA-YU 전문인재양성프로그램 지원서류 원본 제출기한을 아래와 같이 연장합니다. 지원자는 변경된 제출기한을 확인하시고, 기한 내 서류가 도착할 수 있도록 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.
• Considering possible delays in international delivery, apostille, consular authentication, notarization, and other official document procedures, the deadline for submitting hardcopy application documents for the 2026 KOICA-YU NEXT Fellowship Program has been extended as follows.

1. 원본 서류 제출기한 Extended Deadline for Hardcopy Document Submission

변경 후: 2026. 5. 27.(수)까지 도착분
Extended Deadline: May 27, 2026

※ 위 기한은 단순 발송일 기준이 아니라, 영남대학교 해당 학과 담당 부서 도착일 기준입니다.
Please note that the deadline is based on the date the documents arrive at the relevant department office at Yeungnam University, not the mailing or dispatch date.

2. 제출 서류 Submit Hardcopy Documents

온라인 지원을 완료한 모든 지원자는 모집요강에 안내된 제출서류 원본 또는 공식 인증본을 우편으로 제출해야 합니다.

All applicants who have completed the online application must submit the required original documents or officially authenticated copies by post.

특히 아래 서류는 심사 및 최종 확인을 위해 원본 또는 공식 인증본 제출이 필요합니다.

The following documents may be required for application review and final verification:

1. 학위증명서 또는 졸업증명서 Certificate of Graduation or Degree Certificate/Diploma

2. 성적증명서 Official Transcript

3. 가족관계 및 국적 확인 서류 Documents verifying family relationship and nationality

4. 범죄경력증명서 Criminal Record Certificate

※범죄경력증명서 발급이 어려운 경우, 지원자는 반드시 해당 학과 담당자에게 개별적으로 연락하여 현재 상황을 공유해 주시기 바랍니다.
If it is difficult to obtain a Criminal Record Certificate, applicants must contact the program officer of the department to which they applied and explain their current situation individually. 

5. 추천서 Recommendation Letter

6. 여권 사본 Copy of Passport Information Page

7. 해당자에 한해 외국인등록증 앞·뒷면 사본 Copy of both sides of Alien Registration Card, if applicable

8. 기타 모집요강에서 요구하는 서류 Other documents required in the application guidelines

📌 학위 관련 서류는 발급 대학 소재 국가 기준에 따라 아포스티유 또는 영사확인이 필요합니다. 또한 한국어 또는 영어가 아닌 서류는 공증된 한국어 또는 영어 번역본을 함께 제출해야 합니다.

Academic documents may require apostille or consular authentication, depending on the country where the issuing university is located. If any document is issued in a language other than Korean or English, a notarized Korean or English translation must also be submitted.

3. 서류를 발송한 지원자  For Applicants Who Have Already Sent Their Documents

이미 우편 또는 국제 특송으로 서류를 발송한 지원자는 아래 내용을 지원 학과 담당자 이메일로 보내 주시기 바랍니다.

Applicants who have already sent their hardcopy documents by post or international courier are kindly requested to email the following information to the program officer of the department to which they applied:

▪지원자 성명 / Full Name

▪수험번호 또는 지원 ID / Application Number or Application ID

▪운송장 번호 / Tracking Number

▪배송업체명 / Courier Company

▪발송일 / Mailing Date

▪제출서류 스캔본 / Scanned copies of the submitted documents

서류가 아직 도착하지 않았더라도, 운송장 번호와 스캔본을 제출한 경우 해당 학과 담당 부서에서 배송 상황과 제출 내용을 함께 확인하겠습니다.

Even if the hardcopy documents have not yet arrived, the relevant department office will check the delivery status and review the submitted information based on the tracking number and scanned copies.

※ 기한 내 원본 제출이 어려운 경우 Cannot Submit the Original Documents by the Deadline

아포스티유, 영사확인, 공증, 국제 배송 등으로 인해 기한 내 원본 제출이 어려운 경우, 우선 현재 준비된 서류의 스캔본과 진행 상황을 지원 학과 담당자 이메일로 공유해 주시기 바랍니다.

If it is difficult to submit the original documents by the extended deadline due to apostille, consular authentication, notarization, or international delivery delays, please first send the scanned copies of the documents currently available, along with a brief explanation of your current situation, to the program officer of the department to which you applied.

다만, 스캔본은 사전 확인을 위한 자료이며, 최종 접수를 위해서는 원본 또는 공식 인증본 제출이 필요합니다.

Please note that scanned copies may be reviewed in advance. However, they cannot replace the required original documents or officially authenticated copies for final submission.

제출 지연으로 심사 또는 입학 절차에 불이익이 발생하지 않도록 변경된 기한을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

To avoid any disadvantage in the application or admission process, applicants are kindly requested to submit the required documents within the extended deadline and keep the relevant department office updated on the delivery status.
